Hill Top Surgery is able to register patients who live in the Fitton Hill and Hathershaw areas.
Whether making an appointment or ordering a repeat prescription, we offer a simple and helpful online service that’s quick and effective for you.
We strive to provide the best possible care to all our patients and we always welcome your views or suggestions to help us improve our service to you.
We are not your typical GP practice and our aim is to do health care a little differently.
It’s what we call “Whole Person Healthcare”.
Hill Top Surgery, which opened in July 2009, is one of nine GP practices in Greater Manchester that are run by Hope Citadel Healthcare.
Hope Citadel Healthcare is a not-for-profit community interest company, who have been commissioned by local CCG’s to provide NHS services to the local population where the practices are located.
Our seminar room and clinical rooms are available to hire by local community groups and NHS organisations.
